New England Tech’s main campus is in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, nestled into an area that’s rich with history and natural attractions. Conveying the charm of old New England, the town is on the western side of Narragansett Bay, with numerous restaurants and shops right on the waterfront. Less than 15 minutes away, you’ll also find Goddard Memorial State Park, which attracts thousands of visitors each year as Rhode Islands most popular metropolitan park with swimming, kayaking and hiking.

Our campus is located just 15 miles a quick 20-minute drive from Providence, Rhode Islands lively capital city. Providence combines the accessibility and friendliness of a small town with the culture and sophistication of a big city, including a thriving arts community, historic architecture, diverse neighborhoods, seven colleges, a renowned restaurant scene, shopping and an active nightlife.

Restaurants and Attractions
Providence was ranked the top destination in the United States for Food/Drink/Restaurants by Travel + Leisure magazine. The greater metro Providence area offers cuisines from around the world, and many restaurants receive national critical acclaim. Closer to campus, within seconds of New England Tech are restaurants, a movie theater, supermarket, pharmacy and more. The trendy downtown district is by a scenic boating harbor with a wide range of restaurants and funky boutiques.

Sports Teams
Catch a Providence Bruins game (AHL) in Providence or take a ride to Boston to see the Boston Bruins (NHL), the Celtics (NBA) or the Red Sox (MLB) play. Of course, Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots (NFL) and the New England Revolution (MLS), is a quick drive away as well.

Beach Life
Rhode Island is known as the Ocean State and has 384 miles of shoreline. Goddard State Park, just down the street from New England Tech, and Narragansett, less than a half hour away, have opportunities for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and other water sports. Nearby Newport, RI is an international yachting capital resort complete with beaches, shops, historic mansions, restaurants and some of the oldest and most well-preserved Colonial architecture in the country.
